İhtiyaç Analizi ve Tasarım

Ürün geliştirme süreci, kullanım alanına ve hedeflenen fonksiyonlara yönelik kapsamlı bir ihtiyaç analiziyle başlar.

Tasarım sürecinde; ölçüsel gereksinimler, ergonomi, montaj uyumu ve işlevsellik göz önünde bulundurularak CAD ortamında 3D modelleme gerçekleştirilir.

Malzeme Seçimi ve Üretim Planlaması

Prototipin kullanılacağı alan doğrultusunda uygun 3D baskı malzemesi (PLA, ABS, PETG, PA12 vb.) belirlenir.

Malzeme seçiminde; ısıl direnç, esneklik, dayanıklılık ve yüzey kalitesi gibi teknik kriterler dikkate alınır.

Üretim planı, kullanılacak yazıcı teknolojisine (FDM, SLA, SLS vb.) ve baskı hassasiyetine göre optimize edilir.

Üretim ve Kalite Kontrol

Gerekirse son işlem (post-processing) adımları uygulanarak prototipin mekanik ve görsel kalitesi artırılır.
